Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Non-Eligible Items

Return Window
30 Days: You have 30 days from the date of delivery (as shown in the carrier’s tracking information) to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
Important: The 30-day return window begins from the delivery date, not the purchase date. Please allow time for return shipping to ensure we receive your return within a reasonable timeframe.
Return Process
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and confirmation.
Step 2: Prepare Your Return Package
- Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible
- Include all accessories, tags, labels, and documentation
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Write your order number clearly on the return package

Step 4: Return Inspection and Processing

Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility
- Non-Defective Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or no longer needed
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for valuable items
Toyva Responsibility
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@toyva.store. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
- Our Error: If we shipped the wrong item or quantity, we will cover return shipping costs
Important: We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Always use a trackable shipping method and consider purchasing insurance.
Refunds
Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account
Refund Processing Time
- Inspection: 1-3 business days after we receive your return

Refund Amount

Partial Refunds

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items

- Include photos of the packaging if it arrived damaged
Resolution Options

Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:

- Do not use or open the item if possible
- We will provide a prepaid return label and send the correct item at no cost to you
Non-Receipt of Order
If your order tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with household members, neighbors, and around your property
- Contact the carrier using the tracking number
- Wait 24-48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely
- Contact us at contact@toyva.store within 7 days if you still cannot locate the package
We will work with the carrier and you to resolve the issue. Resolutions may include a replacement shipment or refund depending on the circumstances.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment
If you need to cancel your order before it ships, contact us immediately at contact@toyva.store. If we can stop the shipment, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
After Shipment
Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse delivery or return the item according to this return policy once you receive it.
Gift Returns
Items purchased as gifts can be returned for store credit or exchanged. To return a gift:
- The gift recipient must contact us with the order information
- Proof of purchase from the gift giver may be required
- Refunds for gifts will be issued as store credit, not to the original payment method
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” may have different return policies. These will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase. Please review carefully before completing your order.
International Returns
We currently only ship within the United States. If you are requesting a return, the return must be shipped from a U.S. address to our returns facility.
