Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Order Processing

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time (GMT-8) to be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Processing Time

  • Handling Time: 1-3 business days (Monday through Saturday)
  • Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after order confirmation
  • Business days exclude Sundays and major U.S. holidays

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Toyva  is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address information
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address you provided

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@toyva.store. We can only modify addresses before the order ships.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors
  2. Look around your delivery location (porches, garages, side doors)
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number
  4. Wait 24-48 hours as sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not discard the packaging materials
  • Take photos of the damaged package and items

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Before Shipment

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. You may return the item(s) according to our Return Policy once you receive them.

Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages at different times. There is no additional shipping cost for split shipments.
